We will fight to protect all the natural resources for peace & harmony, we will protect our Historical water bodies for the welfare & wellbeing of the people who have already accomplished their best lives in past India & protect our Mother India for bright future for all with all we have Jai Hind,

Subject: Restoration, Rejuvenation & Protection of Historic Reservoirs in the Historic City of
  (Bijapur) Vijayapura.

We appreciate your care and concern for the water starved people of the state in spite of non-favorable monsoons you have been struggling hard to solve interstate water issues, settlements and timely implementation of irrigation projects & especially your dream project of filling Lakes is highly appreciated.

In this regard we earnestly request your kind attention and immediate action with regards to several rivers, lakes, streams, reservoirs, catchments, aqueducts, wells & tanks basins in an around the city of (Bijapur) Vijayapura which have been totally neglected, which especially needs our share of care especially the water bodies around the city, namely Bhutnal, Begum Kere, Kalebag, Kasim Kere, Ramaling Kere, Mohammad Sarovar, Khan Sarovar, Ibrahim Sarovar, Torvi Sarovar, Rambapur Kere, Yogapur Kere etc.,.

This has reference to the ground water table in an around (Bijapur) Vijayapura is depleting very rapidly and the main 5 rivers in undivided (Bijapur) Vijayapura are getting dry and the irrigation has hampered drastically affecting in migration. In adequate safe drinking water for both human beings & animals. Causing several water born disease.

We earnestly request your kind self to have a combat team to take punitive action in this regard and be totally prepared for the ensuing monsoons with de silting, rejuvenation of all the natural water resources.
